LOVE THESE BOOTS . . .GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I ordered these boots from another vendor and the quality of the color and leather was really bad. The boots did not match! I asked the vendor to take pictures of another pair they had in stock and there were even worse! I contacted Corral boots letting them know about the poor quality. When I found them on Rivertrail Merchantile I contacted Kendra. She understood my concern about the color and quality and took pictures and sent them to me!! She was very knowledgeable and pleasant and the boots shipped the same day!! The boots arrived and are perfect !! I get a lot of compliments on them but more importantly I LOVE THEM! WOW . . this is what I call customer service!!!
