These boots are HOT!!

I've had my eye on these boots for over a year but was hesitant thinking the fringe might be too bright. The colors are subdued but still have a wow factor. I'm sorry I put the purchase off now! I went up a half size as I always do with Lane Boots and the fit is good. I don't have heavy calves and there is no gap in the calves like some boots but not tight like Old Gringos. You'll love them...buy the boots

UNBELIEVABLY 'HOT'/GORGEOUS BOOTS!!

These boots are crazy-cute! A friend at 'Buckle' store (in mall) showed me these w/website - ('Buckle' only sells these in the ankle-high size) - Couldn't resist, and sooo glad I got these, WOW!! Supple leather, thigh-high, heel comfy, side zipper makes easy on/off. The side tassels are not as bright/vivid colors as pictured, but my opinion, they look much better in more subdued colors. (In fact, that was one thing that concerned me , that the tassels would be too bright), they look purrrfect =) As the ad advises, do get 1/2 size bigger. I'm normally size 6, and 6 1/2 fit like made for my feet -- (I'm still so excited, just received these yesterday)! Am thinking about getting the other in light brown w/pink-ish tassels. If you're even contemplating getting these, just get 'em, you'll love 'em!

Fun Boots!

A friend of mine recently wore these out and I fell in love. These are a show stopper and very fun to wear. Leather is soft and the boot is comfortable.

Head turning boots

I have these boots in the light tan color and love them so when they went on sale I had to order the black one too. Really unique boots and very comfortable. I did order up a size on the black and they are fine.

Junk Gypsy Fringe Boots in black

I was advised to order a half size larger by Rivertrail. I can't say if that was absolutely necessary or not. I normally wear a 6.5 so I ordered a 7. They fit good but maybe I could've went with my normal size. I was concerned that the calf/thigh part might be too tight but they have sexy leather laces up the back that can be adjusted somewhat so that shouldn't be a concern for most. These are quite sexy and the fringe gives them a bit of a boho look so they are still very sexy but not siren-sexy. Very comfortable; I danced all night in them the first time I ever wore them. However, the leather lace loops in the back would swing while I was dancing and get wrapped around the zipper pull from the other boot, basically tying my boots together! I wish I could post a picture to explain. That had the potential to cause me fall on the dance floor but I noticed it at once. I solved it by tucking the excess laces down into the rest of the cross-lacing down the back of the boot so that never happened again. I've never owned thigh-high boots so getting these off was a learning experience for me. First, unzip the sides. Grasp the calf area of the boot and pull boots down from thighs. Then use a boot jack or sit in a chair and pull them off your feet. If you try to do that first you'll end up working up a sweat to get these off! This was one of those purchases where I'm not sure I'll wear them often enough to warrant the cost but they are super-fun and get tons of compliments. I've only worn them with shorts; haven't tried pants yet. The boots are very well made, the leather is so soft and lined with beautiful pink leather on the insides, a treat just for yourself.
