Beautiful Boots- Amazing Customer Service
I have been searching for black boots for months. Boots that were different and not just your everyday black boot. These Grace boots by Old Gringo fit that bill for me. They fit like a glove, wore them dancing the first time on, no problems, comfortable, received lots of compliments.
I have become a loyal, lifetime customer, Rivertrail Mercantile hands down has the best customer service by far. They are responsive, helpful and come thru on their word.

Old Gringo Grace Black Boots
These boots are terrific! I really wanted to buy the short version too, but I prefer the lower heel. Old Gringo boot sizes are usually spot on; I wear a 10; and the 10 fits great. Old Gringo boots are like wearing artwork for your feet; so unique in the colors and designs. I’ve found a couple more I may add to my “collection” although I try and wait for sales, when possible. River trail Mercantile carries the best select of any vendor I have found in Old Gringo and their other 2 brands they offer. The best part is they get your size, even if it takes a little longer. I especially like that feature. Thanks for the quick response to questions and offering discounts, i may run out of money but I sure haven’t had a problem finding new boots to drool over! Boots and jeans, are my passion!
Best Western Boot
When I open the box and took the boots out they took my breath away, they are stunning beautiful embroidery. Received many compliments, I was asked where did I get my boots? I said where else but Rivertrail Mercantile of course

These boots are gorgeous and at a great price. They fit a little looser than my other pair of old gringos but still fit with thicker socks. The shipping was fast and extremely convenient. Thank you!
Positively iconic boots
For anyone who has a mental image of "cowboy boots" these are that image incarnate. Absolutely beautiful, and surprisingly comfortable boots. I had them on for a full 12 hours the day after I got them, and no problems.

COOLEST BOOTS EVER!
These boots are so awesome. I wear them all the time, in the summer with skirts and shorts and all year long with jeans and leggings...even in the saddle sometimes. Always get a ton of compliments and once broke in they are very comfortable. They were priced better from River Trail Mercantile than the 3 other websites I found them on. The person whom I spoke with when I placed the order was wonderful to work with and they were shipped very quickly. I love the product and the store vendor where I purchased the boots...I will purchase from River Trail again.

Have never been disappointed with Old Gringo boots, and these are no exception. Hard to find but they had them in almost all sizes at River Trail Mercantile. Shipping was extremely fast. Will definately order more Old Gringo boots and definately will order them from River Trail Mercantile.
