I haven't found a reason to complain about this company yet! Their selection is great, but their customer service is impeccable!! They are upfront and honest about their boots fit and more than willing to help you find just what you are looking for. You just don't find service like this anymore.

I ordered the Old Gringo Teal/Brass Monarca boot for my girlfriend's birthday. It was sent quickly and with great courtesy. She loved it!! She is a talented artist herself and remarked that it was better than in the photos and a work of art in itself! I have ordered from RiverTrail in the past (Marcia Pink Roses) and have loved the quick free shipping and the attention to the orders. Merchandise is very nicely depicted on website. I love these boots! They are true to size, comfortable right out of the box...and beautiful. I get tons of compliments. Perfect with jeans, skirts and shorts.
