Gorgeous, fun boots!

I purchased these boots, thinking that the shorter size would be a good thing for a petite gal -- but they were definitely cutting my legs off at an unflattering place so they had to be returned. I ordered a new, more expensive pair of Old Gringos that I love. I wish the return policy were just a little bit more flexible -- I am not a fan of a restock fee when you return unworn, new boots within 14 days (in my case, 3 days) of receipt. I love RiverTrail and ultimately loved the boots I did get but when you are buying boots in the hundreds of dollars, the restocking fee is a deterrent.

Wanted to get these fabulous Ellie boots before a trip to Vegas and discovered Old Gringo ran large and was running out of time. They sent out the exchange overnight without charging my card again for the smaller size or having received the original pair back yet. Wow! I will be buying all my boots here in the future. Fantastic people! Many, many thanks!

Thank goodness they fit perfect and I loved them! If I hadn't liked for any reason...RiverTrail Marcantile return policy isn't good! It would have cost me 40.00 plus I would have had to pay for the shipping back to them! I wouldn't order from them again! Sorry y'all!

I have loved these boots since I first saw them in May 2012 and never forgot them. My friend bought a pair of Bonnie's and it finally gave me the incentive to see if these were still available. I found them here, ordered on Monday and received on Wednesday. The customer service was excellent and the boots are a work of art! So happy with them, the customer service and the company! Thanks so very much!!

One of my girlfriends & I share the same birthday. We discovered RiverTrail Mercantile was only 50 miles away, so we headed out to shop for cowgirl boots. I immediately fell for these Ellie's and bought them. I just love my birthday boots! She also bought the Old Gringo Sozey boots. We get compliments on our boots each time we wear them. LOVE, love, love these boots! It took me a few weeks to actually place the order because of the price but they are definitely worth it and the customer service was top notch. I placed my order on Wednesday and received my boots on Friday. I definitely recommend these boots and will continue to shop at RiverTrail Mercantile.

I ordered my boots on a Friday - I received them the following Monday. I was concerned about the sizing, Cowgirl at heas I have a high instep and rather wide foot.
