Amazing!
I am not entirely sure where to start - as there are several components to my review. I suppose I should start by talking about how amazing these boots are in person! I have a wider calf so knew I would not be able to squeeze into the other Belinda boots. Anyhow, these boots are even prettier in person - I waited 7 years to order and I am so glad that I did. I also wanted to comment on RiverTrail Mercantile’s customer service and Old Gringos customer service. I worked closely with Lauren from RiverTrail mercantile when purchasing these boots - she was supportive from the thinking phase (a few months ago) all the way to my follow through of purchasing the product. We had an interesting experience where there was a major event (fire) at the UPS shipping facility my boots went through to get to me - there was a period of 48 hours where we were not sure if the boots would arrive at all or if so, what condition they would be in. The situation at the UPS facility was out of everyone’s control - however, Lauren at RiverTrail mercantile and the ladies at Old Gringo were incredibly responsive to my concerns - within 6 hours of contacting them there was a plan in place to address lost or damaged boots. Good customer service is so hard to come by - and I just feel like it’s really important to high light how wonderful working with both companies has been. The boots arrive in perfect condition - so there were no further issues. But I know had there been any problems, things would have been handled quickly and effectively. Thank you RTM and OG!
