I received my boots yesterday, do not second guess on purchasing these plus they are offering a discount so you’ll pay like $659.00… These boots are absolutely gorgeous, the photo does them no justice at all. They are indeed ture to size, so void of what you may have heard or read net wise do not size up or down, get the size that you wear as they are truly truth to size. They are absolutely stunning, the overall constructed, flooring! You will find the Double D emblem in the bottom of the box and the chain to attach it (if you so chose as pictured in the photo) inside one of bags that house the boots so shake the plastic bags out. I’m 5’9 with a meaty calf, and they fit me with room without adjusting the calf buckle at the top. I like to provide a more thorough review than most because potential purchaser need to hear it, to make a better informed decision purchase wise. Their customer service is top tier, they are attentive to customer emails and questions. IF you order these, you are going to love, love, love them!! If I could post a photo with them on, I would have! You won’t regret this purchase!!

I have wanted these for awhile and finally got them. I am so in love with these boots. There is so much detail and the craftsmanship is superb. They are true to size and comfortable.

Spectacular Boots!
I purchased these awesome boots for a very special event honoring my Grandfather whom was being inducted to our State Historical Society for Native American Leadership. I love these boots so much I cannot wait to put them on. Everyone asks where I got them. I have 3 pair of Old Gringo Double D's and I go down 1/2 a size. A whole size down would work for me as well but I like to add inserts for comfort. Other brands just do not compare to these for uniqueness, quality and craftsmanship. Love! Love! Love!
Is it Possible to be in LOVE with a pair of BOOTS!
These boots have it all, they are unique and make a statement. The sizing is perfect, I loved that the boots came with a care sheet with tips to help areas that might be too snug.

Love them! Incorrect Measurements, please read.
For those of us with larger Calves, these are the boots to have. A couple Measurements posted on the site are not accurate. Heel is 1.75" NOT 3", and most importantly the Shaft Opening. . .at tightest setting: 16".NOT 13.5" as stated online. Based on my 7.5 size.
They are super soft and look as great in person. If you need a taller heel go up half size and add inserts. Enjoy!!!!

I simply adore these boots! after a few wears I found that I actually do not have to unzip them as they slip on and off nicely....unless I want to tuck jeans into them. I am so happy I ordered them, I can not stop looking at them and niether can anybody else. They are a wonderful stylish way to show your patriotic side, I love them with overalls to flowy dresses. I wear an 8-8.5 and I did get the 8.5, either would have worked, but I opted for the i.5 so I could slip some foot cushions inside. Do nor hesitate on these!

Best DD boot since moving over to Old Gringo
Thank goodness for the zipper on this boot. I have several DD Ranch boots from Lane and the instep is always hard to get the foot in. The cuff at the top is also more forgiving for larger calves! Love these!!!
