  • Prep Day  - 6 hours (12 pm – 6pm) ($100/hr for extended hours)

  • Clean Up Day - 4 hours (12 pm – 4 pm) ($100/hr for extended hours)

Total package cost: $2950

Single day pricing

  • Friday event     -    $1250 for 8 hours (2 pm – 10 pm) ($250/hr for extended hours)
  • Saturday event -    $2250 for 8 hours (2 pm – 10 pm) ($350/hr for extended hours)
  • Sunday event -    $1500 for 8 hours (12 pm – 8 pm) ($250/hr for extended hours)

*Time begins when first person/contractor/delivery arrives.
*Refundable Deposit (due at signing of agreement) - $500
*One pre-scheduled 90 minute photography session is included for all events.
*One visitation allowed for event consultation (must be scheduled) regarding activity areas, decor, table layout, and general logistics.  Consultation limited to 90 minutes.  $75/hr fee for additional time or visits.
*Payments schedule:  50% of all services and rentals due 90 days prior to event. Balance due 30 days prior to event. Deposit will be mailed to address shown within 7 -10 days following event. Cleaning charges, damages, and extended hours will be charged against deposit refund if necessary.
Price shown above excludes catering, tables and chairs, tent, decorations, clean up, and trash disposal.

  • White Carriage with Haflinger: $450 (wedding carriage)
  •  Two-horse team and wagon: $300 (2 hours)
  •  Canopy Lights - $200 w/package – single day: $250
  •  Event tent (40' x 70') - $1500
  •  White tables and chairs w/setup - $5/person  White linens - $1.25/person

*Stable at Riverview offers a variety of decorations including lighting, props & wagons. A complete listing with pricing is available to event participants.


Conditions:

  • Access to bridal suite limited to ladies in wedding party only (no children please)
  •  Liability Insurance provided by facility
  •  Set up and decoration placement must be pre-approved
  •  Deposit and Payments not refundable due to cancellation.  

Additional service fees:
Late payments - $25 per day
Any deliveries (tables, chairs, etc) delivered before setup day - $50 fee
Contractors may pick up items the next business day following the event. $50 fee for pickup after first business day.
Trash removal (optional) -  $50 fee

Supplemental Policies

Bridal suite is reserved for bride, matron of honor, mother of bride, mother of groom, and photographer on event day. Brides' maids are provide separate dressing area.  Access to bridal suite is provided 90 minutes prior to ceremony and 90 minutes after ceremony.  Other persons requesting access to living quarters must get permission from property owners. A limit of eight persons are permitted in bridal suite at any time. Items that need to be stored or secured can be relocated to tack room.

Please insure that vendors or other members of wedding party do not arrive prior to schedule start time.  Event times begins when first person/contractor/delivery arrives.  Extended hour fees will not be waived.

We highly recommend parking attendants.  We also highly recommend that a very limited number of vehicles are parked around the stable facility.  Having elderly or disabled guest or ladies dropped off at the stable entrance is easily done and greatly appreciated.

Caterers must remove all food items and materials they bring to the site including heavy liquids (grease and sauces).  Light liquids can be poured into trench drains.

We will be available on prep day and event day to assist and answer questions regarding general setup and layout, lighting options, power and water access, parking, trash removal, etc.  Please designate a person (other than bride) that we can relay this important information.

Music volume must be kept to a maximum of 90 decibels (5 hp power mower).

Event music must end no later than 10:00 pm.  All persons, including vendors must vacate site no later than 10:30 pm.   Extended hour fees will applied if these times are not observed.

No smoking allow in building or on porches. We encourage a designate smoking area to keep smoke and trash confined to a defined area.

All alcohol must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.  Copy of license and proof of insurance must be presented at least two weeks before event day.

Insurance and license requirements can be waived if the person accepting this agreement signs a personal responsibility form for food and beverage service.
